Chuck is responsible for leading the Consumer Banking teams in Indianapolis, Lafayette and Columbus. These teams are focused on serving the banking needs of current and prospective customers by listening to customers’ needs, identifying their goals, and offering products and services to best meet their financial objectives. Before joining the Salin team, he worked as an Assistant  Vice President for a large regional bank.

In his spare time, Chuck is involved with several business and civic organizations, including Kiwanis of Indiana and Rainmakers.

Chuck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and HR from Indiana University.

Stacy leads the Consumer Banking Center teams in both Fort Wayne and Marion. She is responsible for overseeing and maximizing customer service, operational efficiency, and security in all banking center locations. She also serves internally on several cross-functional teams, including Salin Bank’s Technology Steering Committee. Before joining Salin, Stacy worked as a branch manager for a community bank and a regional manager for a large credit union.

Stacy attended Indiana University at South Bend.

Val Stafford provides leadership to Salin Bank's banking centers in Kokomo, Logansport, and Carroll and Cass Counties. She is responsible for the professional growth and development of all Salin crewmembers. In turn, her teams are empowered to provide the best banking solutions and personalized service for their customers and prospects. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, working in every position from teller to personal banker to sales manager to regional sales manager.

In her spare time, Val is actively involved with the Logansport Kiwanis and the Cass County Chamber of Commerce.

Tom is an experienced mortgage professional who is responsible for leading Salin Bank’s mortgage team, including lenders and support staff.

He has a depth of experience in sales, sales training, and sales management, having previously worked for several large regional and national banks and mortgage companies.  He earned his BA from Butler University.

Kelley Leix

Kelley leads the Private Banking team for Salin Bank & Trust Company. Kelley also directly supports Private Banking clients in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She works with her team to provide innovative, competitive products that meet the demands of existing and prospective high net-worth clients. She also helps coordinate the development of new products and acts as a liaison between the bank and private banking clients to ensure the best service and solutions possible. Prior to joining the Salin team, Kelley worked for a large national bank as both a Manager and Sales Manager.

Outside of the office, Kelley readily shares her time and talents with the Zionsville Rotary Club and the Zionsville Relay for Life.

Kelley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).

Rebekah Walsh

Rebekah is responsible for providing commercial and individual banking solutions to high-net-worth customers and business clients in Columbus and surrounding counties. As a Private Banker, she acts as a single point of contact and handles any and all banking needs her clients may have—from loans, to cash management, to everyday transactions.

In her spare time, Rebekah serves on a number of local organizations, including the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation, and the Columbus Service League.

Rebekah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Laura serves high-net-worth clients in Lafayette and Tippecanoe County with their both day-to-day and long-term banking needs. She manages the needs of her current clientele while developing new banking relationships. She works as a liaison for all departments and services to maximize efficiency and value to her private banking clients. Before becoming a Private Banker, Laura worked as a Sales Manager at Salin, a sales manager at a large credit union, and a Sales Development Banker for a large regional bank.

When she’s not serving her private banking clients, Laura volunteers her time to local organizations such as Junior Achievement and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana University.

Erica assists the high-net-worth clients in Indianapolis with all of their personal banking needs.  She works as a liason for her clients reaching across all departments of the bank to meet the various needs of her clients.  Erica strives to provide the most outstanding customer service to her exisiting clientele while working to increase lending and deposit growth in the Indianapolis region.

Erica holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Grand Valley State University.

As a Private Banker, Kristy is the single point of contact for a select group of clients—individuals whose financial needs are complex and whose time is at a premium. Kristy provides a superior level of customer service that caters to her client's financial needs and provides access to a full range of personal and commercial financial services to help them achieve both their current and long-term goals. 

Kristy is active on the Fort Wayne Chamber Ambassador's Committee.

Kristy is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  She holds both a license for Property and Casualty Insurance and Health and Life Insurance.
