• Enter in your checking account number and the pound sign;
• Press 1 to confirm that you are selecting a checking account;
• Enter in your PIN number (which is the last 4 digits of your social security or tax id number, until changed);
• For checking information, press 1;
• Press 2 to hear the current balance and last deposit.

To obtain the most recent transactions on your checking account:

• Enter in your checking account number and the pound sign;
• Press 1 to confirm that you are selecting a checking account;
• Enter in your PIN number (which is the last 4 digits of your social security or tax id number, until changed);
• For checking information, press 1;
• Select 1 for transactions menu and press 5 to hear the most recent transactions.

To listen to pending transactions on your checking account:

• Enter in your checking account number and the pound sign;
• Press 1 to confirm that you are selecting a checking account;
• Enter in your PIN number (which is the last 4 digits of your social security or tax id number, until changed);
• For checking information, press 1;
• Select 1 for transactions menu and press 4 to hear tractions that are pending.

To transfer funds:

• Enter in your checking account number and the pound sign;
• Press 1 to confirm that you are selecting a checking account;
• Enter in your PIN number (which is the last 4 digits of your social security or tax id number, until changed);
• For checking information, press 1;
• Select 4 to transfer funds


• Select 1 to transfer from Checking to Savings
• Select 2 to transfer from Savings to Checking
• Select 3 to transfer from Checking to Checking
